How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get full access to your chosen plan for 14 days. We collect billing details upfront but you won't be charged until day 15. You'll receive a reminder on day 13.
What happens after the trial?
Your billing begins automatically. You're billed for the number of active users on your account, with a minimum of 5 chargeable users.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade from Silver to Gold at any time. The price difference is prorated for the current billing period.
Is there a minimum contract?
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Annual plans include a 12-month commitment with a 15% discount. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
